Prestige Golden Grove is a modern residential township built by Prestige Group. It is located at Velimala, near Kollur (near Tellapur), off ORR, West Hyderabad (PIN 502032).

The project has strong connectivity through ORR, and it is close to Gachibowli, the Financial District, and Hi-Tech City via ORR. It is also well-linked to key city roads and metro routes.

The township offers spacious and well-planned 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. Their sizes range from 1100 to 3600 sq. ft.

The entire project is spread over 28.7 acres, planned with 10 towers (3P + 52 floors), green open spaces, and modern lifestyle facilities.

The project has premium amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, gardens, play areas, and over 40 lifestyle features for all age groups.

The base price starts at ₹93.5 Lakhs onwards.

Buyers must pay GST, registration charges, clubhouse charges, maintenance deposits, and utility connection fees as applicable.

The project has applied for RERA approval. RERA approval is expected in April 2026. The possession date is 31 March 2030.

Prestige Group is known for timely completion. If any delay occurs, buyers are compensated as per RERA regulations.

Booking begins through an EOI (Expression of Interest), where buyers can secure priority access to units before public launch.

The expected EOI amounts are ₹8 Lakhs for 2 BHK, ₹15 Lakhs for 3 BHK, and ₹20 Lakhs for 4 BHK.

Model flats will be available after the official launch on 20 April 2026.
