Under RERA, project completion is targeted for 28 March 2031, with possession beginning around 11 April 2031. Because the project is RERA-registered (P01100010708), buyers are protected if timelines slip: the Act provides defined remedies for delay — interest for the delay period, or withdrawal with refund — so a registered project carries far less timeline risk than an unregistered one. At handover, work through a possession-inspection checklist: check finishes, fittings, electrical and plumbing, snag-list any defects in writing, and confirm the occupancy certificate before taking the keys.
As of the 17 June 2026 update, the project is in the enabling-works and early-construction stage following its 09 April 2026 launch. Initial works include the entrance and exit gates, basic internal roads and boundary fencing, with site mobilisation, excavation and foundation works taken up as per the execution schedule.
