Prestige Golden Grove is a large luxury township located near TellaNalla Central Park in Tellapur, West Hyderabad (PIN 502032). The project spreads over 31 acres and includes 25 high-rise towers with around 4,500 apartments. Buyers can choose 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes sized between 1,100 and 2,800 sq. ft. Smaller 2 BHK units range from ₹93.5 lakh, while larger homes carry higher benchmarks.

RERA approval is in progress and expected by November 2025. Pre-launch begins on 3 November 2025, official launch will follow in December 2025, and possession is planned for 31 December 2030.

Prestige Spring Heights is an eco-friendly residential project in Manasa Hills, Rajendra Nagar (PIN 500030). It is built across 10.6 acres with nearly 80% open space. The layout includes four high-rise towers of 4B+G+35 floors. A total of 1,656 homes are available in 3 and 4-BHK formats. Apartment sizes begin at 1,576 sq. ft. and go up to 3,051 sq. ft.

Entry values for 3 BHK units stand close to ₹1.7 crore. Larger 4 BHK homes move toward the upper band near ₹3.3 crore. The development holds RERA number P02400009416, approved in March 2025. Launch took place on 30 March 2025. Possession is scheduled after March 2030.

Godrej Madison Avenue – Kokapet

Godrej Madison Avenue is a high-rise residential tower located on Golden Mile Road, Kokapet (PIN 500075). The project covers 3 acres and keeps 80% of the land open. It faces Kokapet Lake and sits inside an active residential hub. The project contains 352 luxury apartments across one tower with 4B+G+50 floors. Homes come in 3 and 4 BHK layouts sized from 2,477 to 3,348 sq. ft.

A 3 BHK small unit begins near ₹2.34 crore. A larger 3 BHK is priced around ₹2.47 crore. A 4 BHK small opens near ₹2.93 crore, while the largest units approach ₹3.34 crore. Telangana RERA approved the project on 13 December 2024 with registration P02400009227. Launch occurred on 29 January 2025. Possession is expected on 31 December 2029.

The Prestige City Hyderabad

The Prestige City Hyderabad is a large township located in Budvel, Rajendra Nagar (PIN 500052). It spans 64 acres, with half used for apartments. The project includes 4,647 apartments and 119 villas. Homes rise across 14 towers of G+41 floors.

The development also features a 7-acre retail zone and three clubhouses. Apartments once offered 1–4 BHK homes, while villas include exclusive 5 BHK estates. Apartment sizes range from 752 to 3,431 sq. ft.

Villa sizes extend up to 18,049 sq. ft. At present, 3 BHK homes begin near ₹1.4 crore and 4 BHK homes start from ₹2.52 crore. Villas open near ₹11 crore. Apartments are registered under RERA P02400007209 and villas under P02400006711. Apartment possession begins from December 2028. Villas hand over from July 2027.

Sattva Lake Ridge

Sattva Lake Ridge is a premium residential project located in Kokapet Neopolis. The development spans 9.5 acres with six towers. Units are available in 3, 4 & 5 BHK formats. Size options begin near 2,744 sq. ft. and extend to 5,266 sq. ft. The project includes a 65,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, sports decks and eco-friendly features like solar usage and rainwater systems.

The site has quick access to ORR, the Financial District and Jubilee Hills. The RERA number of the project is P02400006230. It was launched in June 2023. Possession is planned for January 2028.

Prestige Imperial Park

Prestige Imperial Park is a large-scale luxury community in Rajendra Nagar, Budvel, near Shamshabad. The project covers 71 acres, with 80% open space. It includes 14 towers rising to G+41 floors and houses over 4,600 apartments.

Buyers can choose between 1 and 4 BHK homes sized between 752 and 3,431 sq. ft. Entry-level pricing begins near ₹75 lakh for smaller homes, while bigger units command higher pricing by layout and view. Pre-launch started on 29 November 2024. Possession is set for 31 December 2029. RERA number will be announced shortly.
