Prestige Golden Grove is a premium apartment township by Prestige Group in Velimela, near the Tellapur–Kollur Exit 2 side of Hyderabad. The project is developed over 28.7 acres and includes 10 high-rise towers with 5,120 apartments. The towers are planned with 2B + 3P + 52 floors, and the project offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes.
As per the current project details, Prestige Golden Grove has a possession target of March 2031. The project is approved under RERA No. P01100010708. If the project gets delayed, buyers have to check the date given in the sale agreement and the RERA record first. That date is more important than sales calls, broker talks, or any general market update.
A small delay may be there in a large project because work moves in different stages. One tower may progress faster, while another tower may still be in basement, podium, or floor work.
