It is ready to move and suits buyers who need an established high-rise home close to major offices.

The official starting price for these tower projects ranges from about ₹1 Crore* to ₹3.20 Crore*. The new tower project near Kollur starts from ₹1.15 Crore*, while Kokapet prices begin from ₹1.62 Crore* and rise above ₹3 Crore* for larger Neopolis homes.Upper floors may have a floor-rise charge.
