Prestige Golden Grove Tower 4 Planning

This is the standard plan for most of the tower. It goes from the 3rd floor all the way up to the top.

The first floor is for people who love the outdoors. It is right above the parking levels and very close to the parks.

• Large Terrace: This floor features a very big open terrace in the middle of the building.

• Nature Access: Living here means you can walk to the swimming pools or forest trails in seconds.

• Technical Floors: Floors 37 and 38 are used only for the building's water tanks and power systems.
