A Tour of the Type B4: The Bright Morning Home

The middle of the Type B4 is where the family hangs out. The Living Room and the Dining Area are connected in one big open space. This makes the whole house feel very large and wide. There is plenty of room for a big sofa to watch movies and a table for family dinners.

Right off the dining room, there is an Outdoor Deck. This is a private balcony that is 10'6" wide. Since you are in a 52-story tower, you can sit out here and look over the trees in the forest park. It is the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea in the sunlight.
