Prestige Group Delivers 5,000 Plus Completed Homes and Plots at Prestige City Sarjapur

Prestige Group has officially inaugurated The Prestige City in Sarjapur (Sarzapura), East Bengaluru. The company says it has already delivered more than 5,000 homes and plots in this project.

The Prestige City is a very large township, spread across 200+ acres. It is planned like a complete neighbourhood where people can live, shop, and spend time without needing to travel far. The township brings together apartments, villas, plots, a Forum Mall, and lifestyle facilities in one place.

When fully built, Prestige says the township will have a projected development area of over 14 million sq. ft. and is designed to be home to over 7,700 families. Because of its size and mix of uses, it is described as one of the largest mixed-use townships launched in Bengaluru.

Instead of building only one type of home, the project includes many options and shared spaces. Prestige says the plan includes:

• 8,200+ apartments in several premium towers
• 149 villas meant for luxury living
• 808 villa plots (plots where homes can be built)
• Over 1 million sq. ft. of retail development
• Facilities such as sports complexes, clubhouses, and wellness zones
• Large green and open areas for outdoor space

To help people move around easily, the township includes more than 10 km of internal roads, areas designed for walking, and traffic planning meant to keep movement smooth.

Irfan Razack, CMD of Prestige Group, said the project is not just another development. He described it as a plan for how a modern city area can grow—focused on scale, sustainability, and easy everyday living. He also highlighted the township’s large master plan, the number of homes, and a million square feet of commercial space as key parts of the project.

The township is on Sarjapur Road, which is known as a fast-growing part of Bengaluru for both homes and offices. Prestige says the location connects well to major work areas, including:

• Sarjapur–Bellandur
• Marathahalli–ORR
• Whitefield

You can reach many tech parks in 30–45 minutes. More than 500,000 people work in this area. The township is near good schools and hospitals. It is also close to new metro lines. These links can make travel easier later.

Prestige also points to features meant to support cleaner and more efficient living:

• 40% open space ratio (a large portion of the land is kept open)
• Rainwater harvesting with advanced recharge pits
• Energy-efficient façades and lighting systems across the township
• A waste management system designed to handle over 10 tonnes of waste each day
• EV charging facilities across residential zones

These features are meant to manage resources better while still supporting a large number of residents.
