- Acquired the remaining 35% stake in Forum Falcon City, reaching 100% ownership.
- Entered a lease agreement at Bengaluru Airport City to build a convention center, luxury hotel, offices, and retail spaces.
- Purchased 11 acres of prime land in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, for offices and homes.
- Completed 200 million sq ft of development across 310 projects since inception.
- Achieved record performance in H1 FY26, with sales of ₹1,81,437 million and collections of ₹87,356 million.
