The project will be developed on 28.7 acres of land. 80% of the total area is planned as open space. The development will have 10 high-rise towers, with heights of 40 to 52 floors. In total, the community is expected to include 4,500 to 5,120 apartments.

Buyers will have several apartment options to choose from. These include 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK, and 4 BHK homes. The apartment sizes are expected to range from 1,100 sq. ft. to 3,600 sq. ft.

The starting price is expected to be between ₹7,500 and ₹8,500 per sq. ft. Based on current estimates, a 2 BHK apartment may cost ₹93.5 lakh to ₹1.1 crore. A 3 BHK apartment may cost between ₹1.45 crore and ₹2.1 crore. Larger 4 BHK apartments may range from ₹2.55 crore to ₹3.1 crore.

The project is expected to offer many modern amenities for residents. The project includes a large clubhouse of more than 2 lakh sq. ft., landscaped gardens, walking tracks, swimming pools, fitness centres, and indoor sports areas. The community may also include EV charging stations and recreational spaces.

The project's RERA approval is currently in process. Possession is expected between 2030 and 2031.

Prestige Clairemont – Near Kollur and Kokapet

Prestige Clairemont is a residential project located near the Kollur growth corridor. The project is located in the Neopolis layout near Kokapet. It is a short drive from Kollur and the Financial District.

The project is being developed on 7.56 acres of land. It includes four residential towers with G+38 floors. In total, the community will have 928 apartments.

Prestige Clairemont offers 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK, and 4 BHK apartments designed as spacious homes. The project has already received RERA approval. Its RERA registration number is P02400005677.

The price of apartments currently starts at ₹2.28 crore and goes up to ₹4.66 crore, depending on the size and floor level. The average price is estimated to be between ₹11,000 and ₹12,400 per sq. ft.

The project will also offer several amenities for residents. The project has a clubhouse, open spaces, and recreational areas. It also includes fitness facilities. Possession is scheduled for November 2027.
