No. Prestige Shangrila is an exclusive luxury development that features only 4 BHK apartments. This ensures a high-profile, uniform community of residents.

2. Is Prestige Shangrila a RERA-approved project?

Prestige Shangrila was completed in December 2001, which is well before the RERA Act was established in 2017. Therefore, it does not have a RERA registration number and is considered a "Ready-to-Move" heritage project by the Prestige Group.

3. Can I buy an apartment directly from the builder?

Currently, the project is fully sold out. Units are only available through the resale market. Due to the small number of units (only 16), these apartments are rarely listed and highly sought after.
