Prestige Estates Projects Limited has announced the incorporation of two new subsidiaries named Stellar Builder Dynamics LLP and Stellar Envision LLP. These entities are registered as limited liability partnerships under the LLP Act of 2008 and will operate in the real estate development sector in India.

Both units share the same business structure and operational focus. As of now, they have not commenced business operations. The group holds complete ownership through direct and indirect partnership interests.

The LLP Identification Number (LLPIN) of Stellar Builder Dynamics LLP is ACU-1416, while Stellar Envision LLP carries the LLPIN ACU-1190. Both entities were incorporated on January 8, 2026. Prestige Estates has invested ₹1 lakh in each of the newly formed units.

Financial Structure and Details of Investment

Prestige Estates Projects Limited has made equal investments in both subsidiaries, ensuring full ownership and management control. Currently, neither of the entities has recorded any income or business activity. They are in the early stages of establishment, with operations expected to begin at a later date.

Compliance with Regulations

Since the subsidiaries are wholly owned by Prestige Estates, the transactions are classified as related party transactions. The promoter and group companies are not directly involved in these transactions. No government or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation of these units. As the formation process is complete, there is no specified timeline for further completion milestones.

The newly incorporated units will focus on real estate development activities across India. Currently, neither of the subsidiaries has a turnover history, as operations have not yet commenced.
