Prestige Group Operational Highlights

During the second quarter of FY26, Prestige Group showed good growth in sales and prices.

• The average price per square foot was ₹14,906. This means homes were selling at a higher value.
• The total area sold grew by 47% compared to last year. This shows strong demand from buyers.
• Prestige Group’s own share of sales was 3.51 million square feet. This was 20% higher than last year.
• The number of homes and plots sold increased by 8%.
• The average selling price of apartments, villas, and plots was ₹9,510 per square foot. This was 43% higher than last year.

These numbers show that many families chose Prestige homes during this quarter.

The first half of the year, called H1 FY26, was even stronger for Prestige Group.

• The average price per square foot was ₹13,769.
• The total area sold increased by 138% compared to last year. This is a very big growth.
• Prestige Group’s share of sales was 11.62 million square feet. This was 113% higher than last year.
• The number of units sold increased by 6%.
• The average selling price of apartments, villas, and plots was ₹8,425 per square foot. This grew by 17%.

These results show that FY26 started as one of the best years for Prestige Group.
