The villa section of The Prestige City is known as Prestige Bellagio.

One of the main features of these villas is the private outdoor space. Each villa includes a private garden area, and some homes also have views of the nearby lake. The design focuses on open layouts, large living spaces, and premium construction.
According to the current schedule, villa possession is expected to begin in July 2026. Prices for these villas start from around ₹11 crore and can increase depending on the size and location within the project.
Prestige Spring Heights
Prestige Spring Heights is another residential project in the Rajendra Nagar area. The project offers high-rise apartments with modern facilities and spacious homes.
Prestige Spring Heights mainly offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The price of the apartments usually ranges from about ₹1.25 crore to ₹2.60 crore, depending on the size of the home.
The project is currently under construction. Possession of the apartments is expected around February 2028. The project is still in the early development stage. Rental information is not available yet.
