Prestige Imperial Park is a luxury high-rise project in Rajendra Nagar, Budvel, in South Hyderabad, around 6.5 km from key city junctions. Prestige Spring Heights is a premium eco-friendly apartment development in Manasa Hills, Rajendra Nagar (PIN 500030). It lies about 18.6 km from the East Hyderabad access points. The layout spans 10.6 acres, with approximately 80% open space. The project includes four towers with 4B+G+35 floors and offers 1,656 apartments in 3 and 4 BHK formats.

Unit sizes range from 1,576 to 3,051 sq. ft. A 3 BHK apartment is priced from about ₹1.7 crore, while higher-floor and 4 BHK units go up to ₹3.3 crore. The Prestige City Hyderabad is a large integrated township located in Rajendra Nagar, Budvel (PIN 500052), nearly 18 km from East Hyderabad. The township spreads across 64 acres, with half the land reserved for apartments. It includes 4,647 apartments and 119 luxury villas, supported by a shopping mall and three clubhouses. Apartments rise in 14 towers with G+41 floors. Current availability is in 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK units, along with 5 BHK villas.

Prestige Beverly Hills is a luxury residential project located in Kokapet, Hyderabad, about 21.7 km from East Hyderabad.
